We are currently looking for a dynamic, proactive and engaging Male HRBP (HR Generalist) to join our Human Resources Team in RIDA Group. HRBP reports to CHRO and the Operations Director at our Mining Site. This position will partner with stakeholder groups to provide cost-effective, contemporary and strategic human resources solutions to support business delivery, sustainability and growth.
With a key focus on retention/attraction strategies and initiatives that engage, develop, and retain employees, the successful applicant will be required to think "outside the box", coming up with innovative and forward-thinking solutions to meet our internal customer and workforce requirements. Working collaboratively with specialist teams, you will guide and advise Leaders/Managers and deliver a people plan for the business, ensuring that HR practices are well embedded.
Our Mining Site is located 350 KM from Khartoum.
What do we require?
· Bachelor of Human Resources, Business or related discipline (desirable)
· Years of experience required 9+
· Experience in developing workforce and capability plans and programs
· Demonstrated and successful hands-on experience in an HR generalist role or you will be looking for that next step
· Ability to engage proactively with the business through the development of solid relationships.
· High-level interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to be agile in approach and adaptable to change.
