salary:

9,986 SDG gross. Currently SC converts the net salaty to US dollar equivalent to 1,147 US dollar.

Duty Station:

 Khartoum main Office with frequent travels to field operation Areas.

Closing Date:

Duties and responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Admin& Liaison Coordinator will provide support to the HR&Support Services Director across the full range of administration processes within the candidate and employee lifecycle. Shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office. The Admin & Liaison Coordinator in his/her capacity is responsible for administration and the direction, supervision, capacity-building and evaluation of staff, and the provision of effective administration services - all in both emergency and development settings.

ESSENCIALQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant area of social sciences.

·         Two to Five years’ experience working with NGOs/UN in administrative and liaison role.

·         First-rate organizational skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to priorities effectively whilst working to tight deadlines.

·         Experience of working in remote field bases with limited infrastructure

·         Experience in managing Admin& Liasion records i.e. for both paper and electronic systems

·         Commitment to Save the Children values, including willingness to abide by and enforce the Child Safeguarding policy.

DESIRABLE

·         Experience in both emergency and development contexts;
