*Sales Specialist Job*
An IT company is interested in hiring sales specialists from both Genders, to promote and sell Technical and Digital Products and Services. 
As an IT Sales Specialist and part of the Sales Team at our company , you'll be selling:

1- Digital Services
2- Websites Design and Development Services and 
Products 
3- Web Applications Design and Development Services 
and Products 
4- Mobile Applications Design and Development Services 
and Products 
5- Software Products 
6- MultiMedia “Graphic Designs And Digital Art” Services

Not everyone will understand what you’re talking about, so you’ll need the patience and the ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people.

For more mature applicants, you must be able to demonstrate the necessary skills, relevant sales experience is vital, combined with understanding of IT.

It's vital for you as sales specialist to keep up to date with new developments in technology. However, you will be given training on the job.

*Usually, you'll work between 40 and 48 hours a week, 8am to 4.00pm, Saturday to Thursday*

However, Flexible or part-time work may also be possible, as you may be required to work longer hours to expand your income, due the nature of the job itself, “the more deals you seal the more profit you gain”.

*The skills you’ll need to have are the following:*

- Previous working experiences as a Marketeer

*On a daily level, your job includes:*

- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the clients.
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
- Decide whether the software or service needs adapting to meet the client's needs
- Answering any technical questions the client might have
- Presenting your findings to a Technical Team to act on, and then to the client
- The key requirement is to look after a geographical sales area, visiting clients and building up business relations and networks.
- Generally, your role will require a serious degree of travel “In most cases, you'll work outside the office, although you could also work from inside. ”, so a driving license is important.

“You’ll be receiving bonuses and commissions based on your sales. A company car or car allowance, will also be included as part of your package”.

- Creating and Updating potential and actual customers and clients databases .
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
- Participate and contribute to marketing activities to help achieve company goals.
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team. 
- Promotional activities and monitoring performance.
- Develop reports and presentations on findings,
- Gather and analyze information on customer needs and preferences, as well as demographics and buying habits, with the goal of identifying potential markets for sales
- Attend and contribute to staff conferences to educate management about research findings and discuss proposals for branding and promoting products
- Collect data on market competitors, including product sales and sales campaigns, as well as marketing and distribution methods.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas.

- Once the product or service has been sold, in theory your role ends.
- By upgrading and becoming well experienced and noticeably productive , you could move into a more “Senior Role”.
