What?
As a Commercial Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for PMO &Commercial Support  Senior Manager  to  manage  all  activities related to Commercial department  i.e. process design, engineering, re-engineering and quality checks  to ensure  these tasks and activities are well performed up to date and in place in addition to managing QoS checks in accordance to best practices and business environment.  Also you will be asked to be responsible for all support activities in Audit, processes enhancement to comply with internal and external requirements.

How?
In this role your major tasks and responsibilities will be :

 

·         With the help of the Commercial process owners ensure the formation & improvement of new & existing processes & work instructions

especially those related to the product life cycle, on regular basis and as per business change.

·         Responsible With the help of the Commercial process owners for processes design and improvement activities.

·         With the help of the Commercial process owners will perform audit activities across channels and processes.

·         Prepare the commercial  Group/ ISO/internal/ Audit  reports and ensure resolution to open issue.

·         Perform activities related to monitoring and analyzing all commercial processes and their intersection to ensure they are implemented and aligned.

·         Managing all contracts obligation deadlines & renewal.

·         Perform quality check for all commercial activities to ensure excellent quality of operations.

·         Work as a focal point for all activities among commercial department, I.e. Training, Head Count...etc.

·         Accountable for processes design and improvement activities.

·         Accountable for audit activities across channels and processes.

·         Distribute & delegate work activities with team members. 

·         To contribute to the effective management, motivation and development of department  team resources by liaising closely with key line management personnel and other relevant parties within the PMO & Commercial Support , to ensure problems/issues are identified and resolved or appropriately escalated at an early stage.

·         Ensure compliance with all applicable policies & regulatory requirements on Information Security.

What Do I Need?

You will be required to have :

 

·         Educated to Degree level.

·         Process and Procedures certificate is an addition.

·         MBA, PMP or relevant certificates is preferred.

·         Minimum 3 years’ experience in process engineering, re-engineering and QoS management is needed. 

·         Must be able to work to tight time scales.

·         Analytical thinking  & problem solving skills

·         Ability to build good relations with other parties / stakeholders both internal & external.
