General Manager

Job Title: General Manager
Job purpose:
A  Manager is a senior-level executive that generally focuses on business development, employee recruitment and client retention and put the strategy for the company as a whole
Key responsibilities or duties:
1. The prime responsibility and the aim are to develop new business for the company to ensure the growth and progress of the company. 
2. Working experience in managing scaled projects related to software and systems implementation.
3. Work as a high level sales person for bringing new clients for the company. 
4. Introduce the company to new potential clients and customers. 
5. Ensure that the company is making adequate profits. 
6. The responsibility to maintain the effective relationships with the clients by nurturing the relations. 
7. The responsibility of preparing the weekly tasks report and presenting it to the CEO/chairman.
8. The responsibility and duty to report to the board of directors about the vital information on the company’s overall performance. 
9. The responsibility of making the strategies and business plans for the company and monitor the progress of these plans.
10.  Analyze Customer Needs and Provide Solutions for customer requirements.
11.  Doing all the correspondences with supplying companies. 
12.   Managing the Department Files.
13.  Work on providing the latest services and technologies in the field of E-money.

Skills and requirements: 
1. An academic qualification in a field related to Information Technology or Computer Science (Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree).
2. Experience in banking and/or financial service systems is a plus
3. PMP or Prince2 certified is a plus
4. Managerial experience at least for 5 years.
