Our client Training and service company looking to recruit Training Manager with below details:
Responsibilities :
• Prepare the annual training plan.
• Coordinate the training requirements, dates , logistics and registrations.
• Budget / control of training
• Liaise and maintain good work relationships with clients and customers
• Manage training process from beginning to completion
• Evaluation of training success – area for development
• Lead, motivate team members.
Skills :
• Good knowledge IT programs
• Commercial knowledge and understanding of business environments.

Experience : 2-4 working experience in sales or as training manager or supervisor
Education : University Degree in Management , Economic or any other related fields
